Structural Engineer - Missouri Construction Phase Lead

TWM is seeking a Missouri Construction Phase Lead - Structural Engineering to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on structural engineer who can step in and immediately contribute to the design of a wide range of Temporary Works and other structural engineering projects. Our highly qualified structural team supports a wide range of projects, from conventional to complex, requiring practical and constructible design solutions. Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime

Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000, salary is commensurate with experience

Louis, MO Essential Job Functions:

• Perform and/or direct the design of Temporary Works and other structural engineering projects
• Erection engineering and stability analysis
• Shoring, bracing, and falsework design
• Work with engineers of all experience levels to produce innovative and high-quality solutions
• Career path could include project management and business development, where more client and stakeholder interaction, developing scope, schedules and budgets, billings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Missouri Professional Engineer (PE) license. An Illinois (SE) license is desirable.
• Must possess a Civil Engineering bachelor's degree with structural emphasis. A Master's degree with an emphasis in structural engineering is a plus, but not required.
• Must have at least 5 years of applicable full-time post-graduation experience. Temporary works or construction engineering experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability with CAD (MicroStation preferred), spreadsheets, and general structural analysis software.
• Motivation to tackle unique structural design challenges in addition to more commonplace projects.
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, and possess the ability to direct the work of junior staff.
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
