Assistant Office Manager

Toblers Flowers is one of the oldest and largest Florists in Kansas City and we continue to grow as a result of our commitment to quality and our great team of professionals. Our ideal candidate must be extremely organized, multi tasker with strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. Must be a proficient typer, people person and have confident customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting management team with all aspects of the daily operations of a large Floral Operation. Customer Service-answering phones and taking incoming orders Order Processing Weekend Floor supervisor Coordinate delivery drivers Office equipment knowledge a plus This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, energetic team with proven success and job security.
