Job Description

Office Manager (Direct Hire, Onsite, Springfield Area) Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week |
Monday-Friday Compensation:
$51,000-$53,000 (Plus Sign On Bonus) Are you an organized, proactive administrative professional who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly while making a meaningful impact? A well-established nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality services in the local community is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys supporting both staff and the community, and takes pride in creating efficient office systems that help an entire team succeed. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy administrative office. Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and community partners. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Coordinate office workflows, scheduling, and administrative support across multiple program locations. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor service requests. Assist with preparing documentation and records for audits, licensing visits, and compliance reviews. Support leadership with a variety of administrative projects while ensuring office operations remain organized and efficient. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one year of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word (including formatting and mail merge), and SharePoint. PowerPoint experience is a plus. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred. Experience in nonprofit organizations, human services, or another mission-driven environment is highly valued. Ability and willingness to travel to other local office location occasionally Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
