We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, stays on top of details, and takes pride in creating an efficient, welcoming environment for both team members and visitors. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, in person and by phone Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Order and maintain office supplies, keeping inventory stocked and organized Maintain physical and digital filing systems Support new-hire onboarding, including preparing workstations and paperwork Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and processing invoices Coordinate with building management and outside vendors for maintenance and repairs Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed Help keep the office organized, stocked, and presentable Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Professional, service-oriented demeanor Preferred Skills Experience with office management or scheduling software Basic familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting principles Exposure to HR onboarding processes
