Supervises and directs member service personnel in the day-to-day operations of the cooperative's district office. Ensures that the Member Service Representatives are providing maximum service to the member-consumers by providing efficient and courteous service in the transaction of business at Southern Pine Electric. The Office Supervisor will also serve as an escalation point for any issue unresolved by their subordinates.
