Job Description
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! The right candidate will perform daily interviews and weekly hiring quotas in order to drive company success. The OA is in charge of not only setting up daily interviews and reviewing resumes, but completing successful onboarding with all new hires. All company policies and procedures must be understood and conveyed in a professional manner. All applicants considered for this position must undergo a two-week one-on-one training before officially hired. A 90 day probation period commences afterword. Responsibilities Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Maintain a healthy quota of 25 in-person interviews a week Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Handle internal issues and maintain employee roster Create and update records and databases with personnel employee information Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Drop off Laundry, pickup, restock closet. Transport broken vacuums or equipment to vendors to fix. Money handling, bank runs, account receivables, etc. Recruit for the company outside the office Some cleaning duties required (4 hours+) if requested. Skills Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Familiarity with office management procedures Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Excel required) Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
