SERVPRO of Missoula Administrative Assistant We're seeking someone who is a high achiever to fill a key office role. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for call reception and dispatch, payroll, completing job file audits and supporting the estimating staff. You will perform general accounting functions and administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:
Receptionist / Dispatcher Job File Coordinator Coordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communication Co-manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll Verify and analyze divisional key measurements Monitor compliance and risk management Ensure employment files and records accuracy Ensure fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisions Position Requirements Proven office, accounting, or customer service management experience Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment A team player, willing to cross train to efficiently and affectively help run the office Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Ability to learn new software and proprietary software Experience in customer service industry environment a plus Highly Technology proficient Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
