Job Description
My client in the industrial services industry out of Apex, NC is looking to hire its first ever Office Manager to lead all day-to-day administrative and Human Resources functions as the company expands. This role would initially be onsite daily. However, once established and ramped up, can reduce to 3x per week. Qualified applicants should have the following: 4+ years of office management and/or human resources management experience Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee onboarding, and employment compliance Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Compensation is commensurate upon experience and credentials, and varies between $75-100K plus a 10% bonus and benefits.
