Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Part Time Administrative Assistant to join a team in North Carolina. This onsite, part-time opportunity is a contract position with the potential to become permanent that supports daily coordination across office, customer service, and production functions. The person in this role will help keep documentation organized, ensure information moves smoothly between departments, and contribute to an efficient workplace through strong administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming purchase orders and related sales documentation, ensuring records are complete and routed accurately.
- Prepare, sort, and share production paperwork so internal teams have the materials needed for daily operations.
- Serve as a link between office personnel and production leadership to keep documents and updates moving efficiently.
- Research operational questions, gather needed information, and relay clear answers to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain inventory of office and facility supplies and place orders through approved vendors as needed.
- Organize digital and physical files to support accurate recordkeeping and easy document retrieval.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including general office support and help with ongoing projects.
- Assist with front-office tasks such as handling calls, data entry, printing, filing, and scheduling support when needed.
