Openwork is partnered with a local company to assist with their staffing needs! We are currently seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule.
Pay:
$20.00-$25.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and team.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Enter and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other office materials.
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Organize paperwork and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Support management and other departments with various office projects.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous office administration or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional and dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
