Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and empathetic Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with HHAeXchange , care plan coordination, and office administration in a healthcare or home care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client care plans and documentation. Utilize HHAeXchange software to manage scheduling, care coordination, and reporting. Serve as the point of contact for clients, caregivers, and staff — providing clear and compassionate communication. Ensure all administrative processes run smoothly, including filing, data entry, and answering phones. Handle office equipment and software efficiently, troubleshooting basic technical issues as needed. Support management with day-to-day operations and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience with HHAeXchange is required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technically proficient — able to navigate office software and systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Demonstrates empathy and patience in all interactions. Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or related field preferred. Why Join Us?
