April 29, 2026 Outbound Office Administrator Gastonia, NC $17.25 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description The Outbound Office Administrator is responsible for working with the Outbound Traffic Team as well as organizing and coordinating office operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Administrator reports to the Outbound Traffic Manager and will have strong people skills, be able to manage a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and be proficient with computers and the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience also helpful. Principle Responsibilities

• Filing
• BOL/POD requests
• Updating P/U schedule
• Answering and making phone calls
• Help with checking in drivers
• letting coordinators know once drivers have arrived
• Checking loaded paperwork for PGI
• Ordering and track inventory of office supplies
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of warehouse/company sponsored events
• Help with IT
• related issues on front office equipment
• printers, computers, etc.
• Other duties as assigned Education/Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
• Strong customer service skills
• High school diploma or degree preferred
• Ability to handle Confidential information
