You should have prior office management experience and particular experience in employee management, customer management, and schedule management. You should be able to recruit, interview, and hire professional cleaners, sales reps and other office staff. You should be very organized and proficient with many day-to-day tasks and willing to wear many hats as needed You should be self-motivated and dedicated to company, team and strategic goals. You must be extremely energetic and overall a super positive person. You must be extremely reliable and disciplined to be at work every day from 8am to 5pm, M-F. You must be technology/computer savvy with the ability to work in numerous office and business applications. You must have a strong business acumen and adherence for policies, procedures, methodologies, guidelines, rules, standards and training. You must be able to manage for strong quality control of our teams and scheduling. Our company is a 5-Star Certified Cleaning Service in Hickory and our customers appreciate that level of service.

You must be willing and able to work in homes that may have pets. You should be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed. You must be a person who takes pride in producing top quality work
