Job Description
Shift:
First Shift Pennybyrn has an opportunity for
PART-TIME
Administrative Support for our Business Office and Reception area. The hours for this position are 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. This position will provide coverage for the Reception area during lunch and break, process daily remote deposits and documentation, perform filing and data entry, assist Billing with claims and statements, assist the CFO with financial data requests, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is incredibly reliable, has excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet critical business deadlines efficiently. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel. Why work with Pennybyrn?
