Job Description
Busy Chiropractic and Acupuncture clinic looking for Office/Billing Manager. MUST have Chiropractic office experience, be familiar with Acupuncture and massage therapy, including insurance billing and coding for both. Must be familiar with personal injury cases, Managed care/in-network insurance procedures for NC, and excel in managing employees, independent contractors and office procedures. Need to be able to handle credentialing for physicians. This is not a medical assisting job, only accepting serious applicants and only accepting Chiropractic office experience. Looking for positive, energetic person who is a self motivator and well organized. Full time is around 36-40 hours per week. Bonuses available as well! This would also be a great position for someone who has worked as a CA for awhile and ready to take on management/billing position. If you are ready to grow with a practice, apply now! Summary As a Chiropractic Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient management and exceptional patient care. Your core skills in practice management, EHR systems, and medical administrative support will be essential in maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and managing medical records. With premium skills in fiscal management and medical office experience, you will be responsible for budgeting and supervising staff. Your familiarity with Microsoft Excel and personal injury law will further enhance the office's operational effectiveness, making you a vital asset to our chiropractic team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the chiropractic office, ensuring efficient practice management and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Manage medical records and EHR systems, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Supervise staff, providing training and support in medical administrative tasks. Handle budgeting and fiscal management to ensure financial health of the practice. Collaborate with legal teams regarding personal injury cases and maintain office compliance. Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis related to office performance.
