This pivotal role combines administrative excellence with healthcare management expertise, ensuring seamless clinic functionality, exceptional patient experiences, and compliance with all healthcare regulations. Duties Oversee all administrative functions within the surgical aesthetics clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to optimize operational efficiency. Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, medical billing, revenue cycle management, and fiscal reporting to ensure profitability and fiscal health. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and compliant team environment. Maintain comprehensive medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like nextech, ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards, HIPAA policies, and state/federal healthcare laws to uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Coordinate with healthcare providers on patient management software and EHR systems for efficient patient care documentation and communication. Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and aesthetic products while maintaining vendor relationships for procurement needs. Implement clinic policies related to health regulation policies, utilization management, and compliance standards to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in medical office management with a focus on surgical aesthetics . Strong knowledge of healthcare practice management including billing, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management. Expertise in EMR/EHR systems such as Nextech or similar platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing healthcare teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with customer service excellence to enhance patient satisfaction. In-depth understanding of health regulation policies, medical terminology, and clinical workflows within acute care or dental settings. Financial management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and managing practice revenue cycles. Familiarity with managed care processes and utilization management procedures to optimize patient outcomes and practice efficiency. Ability to navigate complex compliance requirements such as JCAHO accreditation standards and HIPAA regulations confidently.
