Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management, while fostering a positive work environment for all staff members. Duties Manage office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members and executives. Coordinate event planning and logistics for company functions and meetings. Handle bookkeeping tasks, including budgeting and payroll processing. Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement of office supplies. Implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to documents. Provide front desk support, including managing multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. Enter authorizations Support Staff Audit notes Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with human resources processes and employee management. Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required. Proficient in schedule management, clerical duties, and team management. Knowledge of training & development practices to enhance team performance. Ability to maintain professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions. Experience with bookkeeping practices is essential.
