Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong clerical skills, office management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining efficient office procedures with some HR responsibilities. Quick Books experience a must . Pay will commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk duties. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records. Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files. Provide excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar role. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with payroll processes and human resource functions is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using office software applications ( Quick Books a must) . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
