Job Description

Local family-owned automobile dealership is looking for an assistant office manager and warranty administrator. This position would be responsible for filling in when the office manager is out of the office with duties including: closing deals, reconciling contracts in transit and posting to accounting, balancing the previous days' banking transactions, and paying off floorplan. This position would also be responsible for submitting all warranty claims to the manufacturer on a daily basis, following up with rejected claims, and assisting the office manager with reconciling the weekly warranty payment acknowledgement. Other daily responsibilities would include assisting the current office clerks with breaking down deals, title work, stocking in new and used vehicles, submitting and reconciling manufacturer rebates, and other duties as needed. Automotive accounting and warranty processing required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check before being hired.
