Basic Functions:
Responsible for leading and directing the Front Office team to ensure superior quality of service to guests and maximizing free cash flow.
Essential Duties:
Hire, train and mentor Front Desk Agents to provide an exceptional service experience to all guests. Embrace Brand Standards and ensure traning requirements are met by all employees. Champion all Hilton Front Office initiatives. Act as MOD in the absence of GM, overseeing all departments. Act as Sales liason, inputting and monitoring all groups and room blocks. Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, inspiring team members to meet and exceed service standards. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in a hotel setting. Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook; PEP experience a plus! Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the demands of the hotel.
