This position is third shift 6pm to 2am, designed for individuals who want to move into leadership quickly through hands-on training and proven performance. You'll start by learning core commercial cleaning operations (including trash removal, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping) and transition into a working management role based on competency, reliability, and leadership ability.
Location:
Manchester, NH and surrounding areas. Our service area reaches from Bedford to Salem, NH. Hours 6 pm to 2 am Mon•Fri/one Saturday per month 3pm to 8pm
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial cleaning duties ( trash removal, cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping) during training Learn site management, quality control, and staff coordination Assist with training and supporting team members Ensure all work meets company standards Communicate with leadership regarding site needs and performance
Requirements:
Perfect attendance is required MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lead by example Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Previous leadership or cleaning experience is a plus
Benefits:
Hours 6 pm to 2 am Mon•Fri/one Saturday per month 3pm to 8pm $20/hour starting pay for the first 3 months. Pay increase if promoted. Health insurance available after 90 days 401(k) available after 6 months Clear path to promotion and leadership roles Stable, consistent schedule
Pay:
$20.00•$22.00 per hour
