In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standards we've built our reputation on. You'll lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and perform at a high level. You'll also serve as the primary point of escalation for complex customer concerns, working to resolve issues quickly and professionally while preserving the customer relationship. Beyond managing the team, you'll play an active role in improving the systems and processes that keep the office running smoothly. That means reviewing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and working closely with others in the leadership team to keep the field and office aligned. You'll also monitor key performance indicators, track call volume and conversion rates, and use that data to coach your team and support continuous improvement. Responsibilities at a glance Lead, support and develop the customer service team through regular coaching, feedback and one-on-one check-ins Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly and professionally Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or unresolved customer concerns Monitor team performance including call volume, conversion rates and customer satisfaction and use data to guide coaching and improvement efforts Review and refine customer service workflows and processes to improve efficiency and consistency Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the CRM across the entire team Collaborate with the director of operations and field supervisors to keep office and field operations aligned Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new customer service team members Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to broader operational planning Uphold company standards and hold the team accountable to them Requirements Previous customer service management or supervisory experience required Home services, pest control or a related industry background preferred but not required Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Comfortable working with data and using KPIs to guide decisions Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Full-time in-office role in Manchester, NH Must pass a background check Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company-subsidized health insurance Unlimited PTO Paid holidays Fast-growing environment with substantial room for advancement Supportive culture that values clarity, accountability and initiative About Us Anchor Pest Services is a local, family-owned company that's been proudly serving residential and commercial customers since 2018.
