Office Administrator Small Manufacturing Company | Full-Time | On-Site We are a well-established small manufacturing company looking for a friendly, organized Office Administrator to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly, and is comfortable working with both people and numbers. What You'll Do Reception & Customer Service Greet visitors and serve as the welcoming face of the company Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Assist customers with questions and provide excellent service Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages Office Administration Manage day-to-day administrative and office activities Order office and facility supplies Maintain organized files, records, and documentation Coordinate office needs and communicate with customers Support company management and employees with various administrative tasks Help keep the office organized, professional, and running efficiently Invoicing & Accounting Support Prepare and track customer orders Prepare and send customer invoices Prepare documentation for shipping Follow up on outstanding invoices when needed Maintain accurate invoicing and customer records Provide general support to the accounting department What We're Looking For Previous experience in office administration or billing Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional and friendly communication skills Comfortable working with numbers and financial information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, and Google Sheets Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Positive, dependable, team-oriented attitude Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus Why Join Us?
