Job Description

Office Manager/Bookkeeper We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting concepts, leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong skills in schedule management and calendar coordination. This position will support the financial management of the company by assisting in various accounting and financial tasks. This role requires a strong background in business accounting practices. QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience a must . Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience required. One Drive and Microsoft office knowledge a must. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursed. Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization. Oversee schedule management for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supervise administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Provide excellent customer service to our current and future customers. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and revenue Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Process weekly payroll Weekly and monthly invoicing Oversee and ensure timely, accurate processing of transactions and accounting data to QuickBooks account. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
