General Manager - Loretta's Last Call Tuscan Village Do You Know How to Create a Great Night Out? Loretta's Last Call is more than a restaurant—it's an experience. It's live music, great food, killer cocktails, dancing, celebrations, and unforgettable nights with friends. We are looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our Tuscan Village location. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who thrives in a high-volume entertainment environment, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and knows how to build a team that brings the energy every shift. Knowledge and love of Country Music is a must for the ideal candidate. If you understand that a great night starts before the first guest walks through the door, we want to meet you. Position Summary The General Manager is the leader of the Loretta's Last Call experience. You are responsible for creating an energetic, welcoming environment while driving operational excellence, developing a strong team, maximizing profitability, and ensuring every guest feels like they are part of something special. This role requires a visible, hands-on leader who loves hospitality, understands nightlife, and knows how to balance fun with disciplined operations. What You'll Do Lead & Develop the Team Recruit, hire, train, and develop a passionate hospitality team. Create a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality. Coach managers and team members to reach their full potential. Lead engaging pre-shift meetings that prepare and motivate the team. Recognize great performance and celebrate team successes. Build a strong pipeline of future leaders. Own the Guest Experience Create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, energized, and excited to return. Be a highly visible presence on the floor during service and touching tables. Build relationships with regular guests and the local community. Ensure every guest interaction reflects Loretta's personality and hospitality standards. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency. Maintain consistent food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards. Drive Sales & Business Performance Maximize revenue through strong execution of events, promotions, and entertainment opportunities. Understand sales trends and create strategies to increase business. Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses. Review financial results and create action plans. Partner with leadership to achieve company goals. Manage Daily Operations Ensure smooth execution of all shifts, including high-volume weekends and events. Maintain exceptional standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization. Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain a safe and positive environment for guests and employees.

Be comfortable leading nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $87,000-$100,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications.
