Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all office records Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other computer applications to streamline administrative tasks Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and functional Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and preparing reports with precision Provide administrative support including personal assistant tasks, calendar updates, and document management for team members Experience Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse clients and team members Prior customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and positive communication skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively Join us in creating a vibrant office environment where your organizational talents shine!
