We're looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly and help create a welcoming, engaging environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the center of things, takes initiative, and notices what needs to get done without waiting to be asked. For the right person, there is plenty of opportunity to grow within the role, take on additional responsibilities, and expand their impact at SharpHat. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day organization of the office Serve as the primary contact for vendors, building management, deliveries, maintenance, and other office services Order and maintain inventory and office supplies Coordinate company lunches, meetings, happy hours, celebrations, outings, and employee events Manage seasonal initiatives, including client gifting and holiday cards Prepare the office for client and team meetings Assist with new employee onboarding, including workspace setup, equipment coordination, and first-day logistics Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments Run local errands as needed Identify office needs and opportunities to improve organization and processes Provide general administrative support to the team as needed Required Qualifications Strong communication skills; clear and professional verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills, personable, approachable, and able to work effectively with employees, vendors and visitors and clients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets & Docs Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and changing gears throughout the day Willing to take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive workplace Desired Skills Bachelor's or Associate's Degree 2+ years of office management, administrative, or related experience Experience with HubSpot and Jira Social Media experience Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance 401k Paid Time Off Annual Bonus Potential Financial Planning Assistance Travel Planning Assistance Casual, Fun Environment Qualified candidates must have their own form of reliable transportation and be able to work onsite at our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
