Office Administrator New Jersey Respiratory, Inc. - 3.9 Fairfield, NJ Job Details $18 - $20 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace remains organized, adequately supplied, and running efficiently. Serve as a central point of contact for administrative and operational requests from employees, leadership, and various departments. Manage office purchasing, supplies, equipment, inventory, shipping/receiving, and distribution of company materials. Coordinate relationships with vendors and service providers, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, utilities, office equipment, and other operational services. Maintain organized operational records, contracts, vendor information, invoices, receipts, and other company documentation. Coordinate company vehicle administration, including maintenance, registrations, tolls, documentation, and related needs. Manage administrative logistics for company-issued equipment and property, including laptops, phones, tablets, uniforms, badges, and keys, and assist with onboarding/offboarding distribution and returns. Coordinate with IT and other vendors regarding equipment setup, replacements, troubleshooting, and employee technology needs. Support leadership with meetings, scheduling, company events, trainings, and other organizational initiatives. Maintain operational trackers, calendars, spreadsheets, reports, recurring deadlines, agreements, and compliance-related documentation. Assist with facility and client administrative needs, including documentation, requests, satisfaction surveys, complaint tracking, audits, and performance improvement initiatives. Provide cross-functional administrative support to HR, Operations, Clinical, Technical Operations, and leadership, including special projects and follow-up on outstanding items. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, communication, and operational workflows. Maintain confidentiality of employee, client, financial, and company information and perform additional operational duties as business needs evolve.
