We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations and help maintain an efficient workplace. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating office activities, keeping records in order, and providing dependable front-desk support. The role calls for strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to supply management, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day office activities to ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. Welcome visitors, manage front-desk interactions, and provide dependable receptionist support. Monitor inventory levels for office materials and arrange timely purchasing of needed supplies. Keep supply storage areas organized and maintain availability of essential office items. Scan, file, and organize business documents to support accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval. Maintain departmental records and ensure administrative documents are updated and properly stored. Assist with general administrative duties that support internal teams and office operations. Experience supporting office administration in a business environment with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed. Comfortable handling reception responsibilities and interacting with visitors courteously. Proficiency in scanning, filing, and organizing documents with strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain accurate departmental records and administrative files. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Clear written and verbal communication skills and a dependable work style.
