Our clients are the leaders in their industries, and your role will be to head a team that supports our account staff. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience running a professional service office. You will have a thorough knowledge of QuickBooks, particularly the online version, with experience handling accounts receivable and payable functions, banking and some collection. You should have a background handling benefits administration and human resource compliance, recruiting and culture. Other important skills include a strong attention to detail, be experienced in all aspects of office administration, and be a strong leader. You will have a small team, but the ability to interact well with all members of our team is important.
