Full Job Description Job Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day office management, including supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance. Coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements. Manage internal communications and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support to senior leadership and executives. Maintain office records, documents, files, and administrative databases. Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general office inquiries. Manage office budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities. Liaise with building management, service providers, and external vendors. Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance or service requirements Assist with HR-related administrative activities, including attendance and leave records. Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and company events. Improve and maintain office processes and administrative procedures. Support various departments with administrative requirements and ad hoc projects. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and productivity software for efficient document creation and data management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions Technical proficiency with office management systems, spreadsheets, data entry, and computer literacy Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Exceptional time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion Join us as an Office Administrator where your energy fuels our success!
