Job Description

Boutique Law Office is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and callers while providing essential administrative and office management support to the attorneys and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule and coordinate client appointments and attorney calendars, ensuring appointments are managed efficiently and accurately. Greet clients and visitors and provide professional and welcoming experience. Maintain and coordinate electronic and physical filing systems. Prepare, organize, scan, copy, and distribute documents as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains well stocked and organized. Communicate and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Assist with general administrative and office management duties. Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day administrative needs as required. Maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, or in a similar role, preferably in a professional office or law firm. Excellent telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency with computers, office equipment, Microsoft Office, and other commonly used office software. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
