Job Description

Front Office Administrator OC Awning is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our customers while helping support the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing company. Customer service is our top priority, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping things organized. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments, service calls, installations, and measurements Communicate with customers, field crews, and office staff Order materials and track deliveries Maintain customer records and project documentation Assist with office organization and administrative tasks Help keep schedules, projects, and communication running smoothly Support management with various operational and administrative projects What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Positive attitude and professional communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable learning new software and systems Someone who takes pride in doing things correctly the first time Why Join OC Awning? Pay:
