Monday:

9:00 AM-1:00 PM & 3:00 PM-7:00

PM Tuesday:

12:00 PM-6:00

PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM-1:00 PM & 3:00 PM-7:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM-1:00 PM & 3:00 PM-7:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM-12:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM-12:00 PM 40 hours per week Are you an organized, proactive leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment? We are looking for an Office Manager to become an important part of our team at Sidoti Chiropractic Center. For more than 30 years, our practice has served the Passaic and Clifton community, helping individuals and families achieve higher levels of health and healing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional front desk position. You will play a key role in the daily operation of our practice, working directly with patients while also leading the team and making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. We serve a diverse, close-knit community and believe in providing every patient with genuine, loving service. Our office is busy and fast-paced, so we are looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate effectively, take initiative, and lead by example. Our core values include education, efficiency, initiative, teamwork, and exceptional service . We want someone who shares those values and takes pride in creating a welcoming, positive experience for both our patients and our team. Management experience is required for this position. We are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience supervising or managing employees and understands how to lead a team effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office Oversee, support, and help lead our staff Work hands-on at the front desk and assist with daily patient flow Ensure the office operates efficiently and stays organized Help create an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors Support scheduling, communication, and general front-office operations Identify problems and take initiative to find solutions Help maintain accountability and effective communication among team members Support the doctor and team in achieving office goals Lead by example and contribute wherever needed during busy periods We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, personable, confident, and comfortable taking ownership of their role .
