Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Office Manager to lead our front office operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, manage healthcare staff, ensure compliance with health regulations, and deliver exceptional patient service. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and staff with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling using patient management software ChiroTouch Oversee medical records, electronic health records (EHR), and ensure HIPAA compliance for patient privacy. Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative team environment. Maintain clinic compliance with healthcare regulations. Support human resources functions such as onboarding new staff and managing employee schedules. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management, preferably within a PT or chiropractic setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams effectively. Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities. Prior experience with a chiropractic office is highly desirable.
