Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within healthcare or a related field. Strong knowledge of KPIs and their impact on business performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer applications and data management. Duties Assist in managing daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication. Supervise staff and support team members through training & development initiatives to enhance overall office efficiency. Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and supporting payroll processes. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact effectively with patients, clients, and team members. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding and employee training & development. Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative functions is a plus but not required.
