We deliver high-quality workmanship and a smooth, customer-focused experience. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Office Manager who can oversee our administrative operations, support the leadership team, and help manage our internal processes. Position Overview The Office Manager is the backbone of day-to-day operations at Atticare. You will manage office workflow, support dispatch and scheduling, oversee customer service staff, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and help optimize internal processes across the company. This role blends administrative leadership, operations support, and financial organization. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Oversee daily office operations and workflow Coordinate schedules, calendars, job assignments, and dispatching Support operations by tracking job progress, follow-ups, and material needs Maintain high-level communication between sales, operations, and field teams Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Ensure all documentation (estimates, contracts, approvals, permits) is properly organized and filed Assist HR with onboarding, training documentation, and maintaining employee records Bookkeeping & Financial Handle basic bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconcile transactions Assist with payroll support and timesheet review Maintain accurate financial documentation and job costing records Prepare simple financial reports for management as needed Team Support Supervise customer service representatives and administrative staff Ensure high standards of communication and professionalism Support the Sales & Operations Manager with projects and reporting Requirements 2+ years experience in office management or administrative leadership Bookkeeping experience preferred (QuickBooks or similar) 2+ HOMEIMPROVEMENT/ HOME SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
