Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services. Responsibilities The Multi-Site Office Manager provides operational, personnel, and financial leadership for three outpatient cardiology clinics. This role partners closely with physicians, clinical teams, and leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations, strong patient service, appropriate staffing, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all locations. Provide operational leadership and oversight for three cardiology clinic locations, ensuring consistent workflows and service standards. Lead, coach, and develop staff while managing performance, staffing, employee relations, and team effectiveness. Partner with cardiologists, providers, and clinical teams to support patient and procedural scheduling, clinic workflows, and practice goals. Monitor clinic performance, including patient access, scheduling, front-end collections, billing processes, reimbursement, and operational metrics. Manage staffing and resources across multiple locations to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical operational standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, patient experience, and practice performance. Manage operating and capital budgets and support the continued growth and performance of the assigned cardiology practices.
Qualifications Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare environment Two (2) years of leadership experience
