Hotel Front Office Manager / Sales Coordinator Position Summary We are seeking an energetic, organized, and guest-focused Front Office Manager / Sales Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations while supporting hotel sales efforts to drive occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management Lead and supervise front desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest service. Hire, train, coach, and schedule front desk team members. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Monitor room availability, inventory, and daily occupancy. Maintain hotel brand standards and operational policies. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare daily reports and assist with audits as needed. Monitor guest reviews and implement service improvements. Sales Coordination Respond to inquiries for group bookings, corporate accounts, and negotiated rates. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and travel partners. Assist with sales calls, site tours, and client follow-up. Support revenue growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts. Coordinate group reservations and room blocks. Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases. Work closely with the General Manager to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk supervisory or management experience preferred. Sales or hospitality sales experience is a plus. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
