Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Experienced Office Administrator - Private Dental Practice (Henderson, NV) We are a growing private dental practice in Las Vegas and Henderson seeking a skilled and motivated Office Administrator to lead our front office operations. This is a key leadership role within our team, best suited for someone with a strong background in dental office management and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Office Administrator or Treatment Coordinator in a dental office. Proven leadership in team management, office systems, and practice growth. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions including hiring, onboarding, team scheduling, team training, payroll (submitting hours), and performance management. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow analysis to support business growth. Manage accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) , collections, and financial reporting. Review aging and unscheduled treatment reports , ensuring timely follow-up and optimized patient care. Handle patient relations , including service recovery and dispute resolution. Lead local B2B and community outreach initiatives to enhance the practice's visibility. Support and execute marketing strategies . Design and implement efficient systems and processes to improve operations and patient experience. Collaborate with ownership and operations on strategic planning and practice development.
