Office Manager Stevens Realty & Property Management Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Financial records management Attention to detail Property management company experience QuickBooks Office management Full Job Description Office Manager An established property management company in Las Vegas is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail oriented Office Manager to oversee the day to day administrative and operational functions of our growing business.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, excels at multitasking, and knows how to prioritize urgent matters while keeping day to day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate takes initiative, follows through without reminders, communicates effectively with tenants, property owners, and vendors, and is responsive when issues arise.
Compensation:
$18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule:
Monday through
Friday:
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Weekends:
This position includes on-call availability on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be expected to monitor phone calls and emails and respond to tenant emergencies by coordinating vendors and communicating with tenants until the issue has been addressed. This is an on call responsibility rather than scheduled office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily administrative operations of the office. Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from tenants, property owners, and vendors. Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish. Schedule vendors for repairs and follow up until work is completed. Maintain regular communication with tenants, property owners, and vendors to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Process vendor invoices and payments. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Update and maintain information in property management software such as Buildium or similar platforms. Maintain property listings and updates through the MLS. Keep organized records and prepare reports as needed. Prioritize urgent maintenance issues while managing multiple ongoing tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Previous property management experience is preferred. Experience with property management software such as Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, or similar platforms. MLS experience is preferred. Ability to prioritize urgent issues while managing competing deadlines. Strong follow through and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self motivated with the initiative to identify issues and resolve them without constant supervision. Reliable, responsive, and dependable.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
