Job Description
Business Office Supervisor Position Summary The Business Office Supervisor oversees daily administrative and financial operations related to patient billing, insurance follow-up, collections, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management. This position supervises the billing team, credential specialist, and medical records coordinator while ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant business office operations. The Supervisor serves as a resource for staff, physicians, patients, and insurance representatives and works closely with the Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources to support team performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
