Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager for our busy growing Tree Service to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This pivotal role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining efficient office procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities to foster a productive and welcoming workplace. Responsibilities Manage scheduling, payroll, compliance, equipment repair etc. Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and appointments for team members using productivity software and calendar tools Perform data entry, maintain spreadsheets, and handle document processing with accuracy and attention to detail Support administrative functions such as proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and managing correspondence Assist with client communication and customer support to foster positive relationships and resolve inquiries promptly Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks or expense tracking as needed to support financial organization (we have a bookkeeper so just assisting her) Skills Proficiency in spreadsheets, google suite along with strong computer literacy and technical proficiency Experience with office management, clerical tasks, data entry, and customer service in a professional setting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling phone systems and phone communication Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and proactive problem-solving skills Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous for financial recordkeeping Join our dynamic team as an Office Manager where your organizational expertise will drive efficiency, enhance communication, and create a positive work environment.
