Join Our Team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Rome, NY We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU RN to provide exceptional critical care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Serve as a charge nurse when required, providing leadership and guidance to team members.Required Skills:
Valid RN license with current certification. Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with charge-capable skills preferred. BLS and ACLS certifications. Travel experience is essential.AHA NIHSS
certification and 6 CEUs on Stroke-related topics prior to start. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Nice toHave Skills:
Experience in a charge nurse role. Additional certifications related to critical care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Prior experience in a hospital ICU setting, preferably with travel assignments.Other Requirements:
Willingness to float to Medical-Surgical units when needed. Ability to start by 03/30/2026. Must be willing to work night shifts.Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $28.00 plus a weekly per diem of $1246.00. Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit. Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2). Robust referral bonus program.
