Seeking a part-time Office Administrator for a busy rental business. We are a premier property development company in Cortland specializing in upscale housing and commercial rentals. We pride ourselves on our high-end apartments and excellent customer service. We are looking for an upbeat, motivated individual who has excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. About the Job The Office Administrator is an integral part of our collaborative team. In this key role, you will be responsible for: Acting as contact person for current and prospective tenants Leasing apartments and spaces for commercial tenants Oversight of day-to-day office operations Communicating with maintenance staff Quickly resolving tenant concerns in a professional, friendly manner Preparing and maintaining tenant records Using MS Office and Excel for computer work Occasionally, nights and partial weekends could be required
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer support experience
  • Solid computer skills with MS Office and Excel
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others
  • Previous experience working in property management is a huge plus The Ideal Candidate will be:
