AB_4984144 As our Office Manager, you will be the administrative backbone of our office. You will handle daily financial admin tasks, coordinate client communications, and manage our tax return distribution process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable keeping clients accountable on invoices, and thrives in a structured environment.
salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education:
Bachelors Responsibilities DocuSign Management:
Prepare, format, and send completed tax returns to clients via DocuSign.
Client Follow-Up:
Proactively track and follow up on outstanding DocuSigns to ensure timely filing.
Final Delivery:
Coordinate the final secure delivery of completed tax packages to clients.
Accounts Receivable & Financial Admin Check Deposits:
Handle and process daily incoming check deposits accurately.
Invoice Outreach:
Review aging accounts and professionally reach out to clients regarding unpaid invoices to ensure timely collections.
Office Coordination & Scheduling Calendar Management:
Handle light scheduling for client meetings and internal consultations.
Daily Operations:
Maintain office supplies, greet occasional visitors, distribute mail, and ensure a clean, professional office environment.
