About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 5-7 years of experience to support a diverse range of legal practices, including real estate, trusts and estates, corporate law, litigation, and more. ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with organizing files, monitoring calendars, and meeting deadlinesManage and organize legal documents using iManage, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityCreate, format, revise, scan, and email legal documentsAnswer telephone calls, maintain client contact, and schedule meetingsSupport litigation matters through document review, accurate e-filing of court documents, and maintenance of case filesAssist with accounts payable and billing to provide backup coverage
