Full-Time Position SummaryLTE Care Plus is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring efficient office functions, supporting staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional administrative support that contributes to the quality of care provided to our clients.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Supervise administrative staff and coordinate office workflows. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Maintain confidential employee and client records in accordance with HIPAA and company policies. Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets and attendance records. Assist with billing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents. Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and business partners. Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives. Monitor office budgets and recommend cost-effective operational improvements. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of office management or administrative leadership experience. Experience in healthcare, home care, or human services preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with electronic health records, scheduling, or healthcare management software is an asset. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
