Non-Exempt Essential Job Duties:
The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required. Prepares and analyzes monthly reports Reconciliations of floorplan, receivables, and deals Assist GM and owner to ensure accuracy of all financial information as requested Maintains an orderly accounting system Manages and oversees office staff, including coaching, counseling, disciplining, terminating etc. Prepares local and state sales tax backup Performs other duties as assigned Participates and keeps up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Automotive bookkeeping experience
  • Associates degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles
