This is not just an office manager position. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our firm, get to know our clients, learn the business, and have the opportunity to grow with us. The position starts at $23 per hour and includes paid holidays and a retirement plan . More importantly, for the right person, there is real potential to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the firm over time. What will you be doing? You'll help keep our office organized and running smoothly while also providing administrative support to our financial advisors and, most importantly, taking great care of our clients. A typical day may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork, helping advisors get ready for client meetings, processing and following up on client requests, keeping records organized, handling checks and deposits, and making sure the many little things that come up during the day don't fall through the cracks. We're a busy office, so we need someone who can stay organized, prioritize, and comfortably handle several things at once. Who are we looking for? Personality and attitude are extremely important to us. We want someone who is friendly, dependable, organized and professional , but also someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. Our clients have been with us for many years, and we want them to feel welcomed and taken care of every time they call or walk through our door.
A successful candidate:

Experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, client service representative, or in another professional office environment would be helpful. We would rather find someone with the right personality, work ethic and willingness to learn and teach them the financial side of the position. Opportunity to Grow We are a growing financial advisory firm, and we want this position to grow as well. Someone who proves themselves, learns the business and wants additional responsibility will have the opportunity to expand their role within CFG The Money Docs.
